Thanks to a heads-up from Nouveau Cheap (and her readers), I went looking for L'Oreal Colour Riche mono eyeshadows, which have been UK and Europe exclusives so far.

I found 2 shades from the Pop range (410 and 412, $6.99 each) in a Miss Manga Rock mascara display at Lawtons and Shoppers (left).
UPDATE: Today, at a different Shoppers (right), I found the 2 shades that Nouveau Cheap's reader mentioned (from the Lumiere range, with 3D wavy surface, $7.49 each). So there are 4 mono eyeshadows that we know of out there.

L'Oreal Canada said these are LE for the time being and they are working on bringing more of these eyeshadows to Canada. There's hope!
